Bowling Alley

Bowling Cashier

Part-Time. This position greets customers and informs them of center services, promotions, pricing and specials. Assists in collecting retail and fee sales for bowling alley, rent shoes and sanitizes upon return. Handle telephone inquiries and lane reservations. Shift hours vary, must be available weekends. QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with computers and cash register skills, knowledge of bowling, excellent customer service skills and retail experience.

Cage

Cage Cashier

FLEX-Time/Seasonal. This position deals directly with casino patrons to exchange slot tickets for cash, table chips for cash and the cashing of personal checks, traveler's checks, credit card advances and gift certificates. Responsible for large volumes of currency. Good mathematical skills a must. Shift Hours: This position is flex and covers for vacations and leaves. Hours vary depending on shift coverage. Shift examples include: 2pm-10pm, 4:30pm-12:30am, 6:45pm-2:45am, 9:45pm-4:45am. (Usually around 8 hour shifts)

Casino Bar

Bartender

Part-Time. This position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons in a responsible and professional manner. Fills Cocktail Server orders. Follows standard recipes in mixing drink ingredients. Achieves TIPS training within six (6) months of hire date. MUST be available weekends. MUST have bartending experience. Open Availability preferred, MUST be available Fridays-Sundays.

Housekeeper

FLEX and FULL TIME. This position is responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for team members and guests. Assists in ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations and promotes positive public relations. Responsible for cleaning men's restrooms, casino floor, entry ways, and other assigned areas. Previous housekeeping experience a plus. Must be able to lift over 25 lbs. occasionally. Flex time is 1 - 15 hours per week, On Call. Full Time Grave Shift: 11pm-7am Tuesday-Saturday.

Kitchen Buffet

Host/Hostess

Part-Time. This position greets & seats customers in a cordial manner. They assist servers w/cleaning tables as needed while promoting positive public relations. HOURS: (10:45am-3:30pm) and (4:45pm-close), 16-31 hrs/week. Must be available weekends.

Kitchen Buffet

Wait Staff

Part-Time. This position greets customers in a cordial manner and fills beverage requests. Sets, clears and resets tables. Responsible for proper sales entry into point of sales system and compliance to cash and comp handling procedures. Shift: 4pm-Close. Must be available weekends.

Prep Cook

Part-Time. This position prepares foods according to menu portion and quality specifications and assists Display Cooks in cooking preparation. Stocks cooking stations with various food items. Ensures kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary condition. Previous cooking experience required. (Shift: 8am-4pm, Thursday-Sunday)

Bus Person

Part-Time, Seasonal. This position is responsible for clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, setting up and breaking down food service areas. Performs any scheduled, assigned, or delegated duties in order to maintain restaurant cleanliness. Perform all opening and closing side work. Restocks china, silverware and glassware and transports soiled china to the dish cleaning area. Hours: Friday and Saturday PM, Sunday AM. Must be available all weekends.

Woodfire Grille

Cook

Full-Time. This position prepares ala carte foods according to menu portion and quality specifications, ensures menu quality and consistency of food items and is repsonsible for proper storage of food and cooking items. Restaurant cooking experience is required. Shift: Monday-Saturday, 3pm-11pm

A license shall be denied if an applicant has a conviction of a serious or aggravated misdemeanor, including a conviction involving the enrty of a deferred judgement and adjuducations of delinquency, or the equivalent.

A license shall be denied if the applicant has a current addiction to alcohol or a controlled substance, has a history of mental illness without sufficient evidence of rehabilitation, or has a history of repeated acts of violence without sufficient evidence of rehabilition.

The Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation will conduct a complete background investigation on each applicant.
